Weekday Rides

Key Biscayne Toll 6:45AM

Non-drop, but please be mindful of the pace;
road bikes recommended
((Pace 18-20 mph))

COURSE: Two laps, which include Virginia Key. Total distance roughly 25 miles.

FORMATION: Pace-line (1-2) to practice bike handling and speed control.

QUESTIONS: Breakdown of the ride will be given before start; a great opportunity for any questions.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Worried about not keeping up?

Let the ride leader know in advance,
we will assign another rider to you for guidance.

If you fall below the pace,
the assigned rider will fall back with you and we will all regroup at the coffee stop.
